The main bus station is about 20 mins from the guesthouse so if you fancy a walk and the weathers fine you will enjoy the prom,

From the bus station head for the super bowl then over the road to the prom with the sea facing you turn right and follow the prom for about ¾ of a mile

When you go past Gala bingo on the other side of the road start looking for the sign of the Broadwater in the next row of buildings
