Welcome

The Broadwater is a 3 STAR, highly recommended, friendly guest house on the select East Promenade with glorious views of Morecambe Bay and the Lakeland Mountains, only five minutes walk from the town centre, shops and amusements. We offer every comfort and the very best of foods, using local produce whenever possible.

Our patio/garden, the quiet reading room, the dining room and some bedrooms overlook the sea. There is unrestricted street parking. We have limited private parking by arrangement only.

We can offer twin, double or single rooms all en-suite, with heating, T.V., tea/coffee making facilities.

Our dining room has separate tables where we serve breakfast from 8-30 until 9-30 There is a wide choice of cereals, fruit juice or grapefruit (self-service) followed by a full English Breakfast, toast, preserves and tea or coffee.

Evening meal is by pre-arrangement and served at 5-30

A perfect base for touring, the Broadwater is only 45 minutes drive away from Blackpool, Yorkshire Dales and Lake District, and 15 minutes from the historic City of Lancaster.
